The Fallstaff Improvement Association (FIA) is a community-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving, enhancing, and celebrating the quality of life in the Fallstaff neighborhood of Baltimore. Since our founding, we have worked to create a safe, welcoming, and thriving environment where residents, businesses, and partners can come together in pride and unity.

Our mission is to empower our community through advocacy, engagement, and action. We focus on strengthening neighborhood safety, beautification, and accessibility, while also fostering collaboration among residents, local leaders, and city partners.

Through community meetings, neighborhood cleanups, cultural events, and partnerships, FIA serves as both a voice and a resource for Fallstaff. We are committed to ensuring that our neighborhood continues to grow as a diverse, connected, and vibrant place to live, work, and raise families.
